Osho Events Company

Over in Andheri West, specifically in Sector 21, we have our office at Madha. It’s officially Office Number 26 in Flat Number 3. It’s a bit of a weird setup, being both a flat and an office, but it’s common enough around here. Osho Events Company is where we spend our hours figuring out who needs to be where and what equipment needs to be moved. The walls are covered in calendars and sticky notes because there’s always something moving or changing. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine; it’s got lived-in furniture and a ceiling fan that clicks a little bit when it’s on high. We have a lot of files and old event photos shoved into cabinets. The neighborhood is pretty active, so there’s always noise from the street, but we don't mind it much. Usually, the day involves a lot of shouting across the room to ask if someone has called the caterer or if the transport is on time. We don't bother with fancy dress codes or long meetings about strategy. We just sit down, look at the list of what needs to get done, and start making calls. Sometimes we stay late and order food from the place downstairs. It’s a lot of work, and it can get pretty stressful when a big date is approaching, but we’ve got a rhythm that works for us in this little space in Madha.
