Organizing & Co-Ordinating Event

We are located over in Vikhroli East, specifically in building 104 at Kannamwarnagar-2. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s home for us. Organizing & Co-Ordinating Event started out because we saw a need for someone to just get things done without making a big fuss about it. The office is pretty basic, nothing too flashy, just some desks and a lot of notebooks filled with plans. Being in Vikhroli is good because it’s a real neighborhood with real people. We aren't some big corporate firm sitting in a glass tower. We’re right here in the middle of the residential blocks. Some days it gets quite hectic with phone calls and people coming in to check on their plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running around to different venues. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we lose track of time and find ourselves still working late into the evening when the rest of the building has gone quiet. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. It’s just about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Dealing with events can be messy, but we just take it one step at a time and try to keep everything moving forward for everyone involved. We try to be helpful and stay organized.
