We are located at 403, Navyug Industrial Estate on T. J. Road. Orbitz Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is where we plan out events and figure out floor plans. The industrial estate can be a bit loud with all the other units working around us. Our space is full of blueprints and old brochures from past shows. It’s a lot of logistical work, trying to get different companies into one hall. We spend hours on the phone trying to coordinate with vendors and venues. It’s not always easy and things change at the last minute. We just deal with it as it comes. The elevator in this building is sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We don’t have fancy furniture, just sturdy tables that can hold heavy files. T. J. Road is usually packed with trucks, so getting here can be a bit of a crawl. We focus on the practical side of putting an exhibition together. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking lists. Sometimes we are out on site for days, but this office is where it all starts. It's a bit of a cramped space when everyone is in at the same time. We don’t really mind the clutter as long as the work gets done. It’s just us doing our bit in the events world.
