Optimum Commercial

Our office for Optimum Commercial is situated in Mittal Tower, specifically at 111-B. This is right at 210 Nariman Point, which used to be the only place people thought of when they talked about business in Mumbai. Even though things have moved north to BKC, Nariman Point still has its own charm. The building is one of those classic towers that everyone recognizes. We’ve got a decent view of the area, but the office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a small area for meetings. It’s not one of those fancy new startups with beanbags and coffee machines. We just do our work here. The commute can be a bit of a trek for some of the staff depending on where they live, but being near the sea is nice for a quick walk during lunch. We deal with various commercial tasks throughout the day. It’s mostly quiet in our corner of the building, which helps us stay focused. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the tea sellers downstairs all know us by name. We don't really do much to promote ourselves; we just stay busy with the work that comes across our desks. It’s a professional enough space without being too stiff or formal. It’s just where we spend our nine-to-five, dealing with whatever the day brings without much fanfare or drama.
