Active Estate Consultants

Active Estate Consultants is situated at Shop No 10 in the Rendezvous Building. We are right in Andheri West, directly across from the Laxmi Industrial Estate. This is a really busy part of the city, and there is always something going on outside our door. The shop is small and packed with files and desks. We spend most of our time talking to people who want to move into the area or find a spot for their business. Because we are right opposite the industrial estate, we see a lot of people coming and going for work. It is a good spot for us because we can see the neighborhood changing every day. We aren't a big corporation. It is just a few of us who know the local streets and the buildings around here. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. We have a lot of keys and even more folders to keep track of. The traffic on the road can be a lot, especially in the evenings, but that’s just Andheri for you. We keep our hours regular, though we often stay late if someone needs to see a place after their work shift. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just a simple shop where we help folks with their property needs. We've been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers know us by name.
