Reality Properties

Reality Properties is at 4 Borivali East on Kasturba Road Number 5. We are in the Neel Akash Building. We sit right across from Sumit Nursing Home. People often use the nursing home as a way to find where we are. Our office is a modest space. It has that smell of old paper and dust you find in buildings like Neel Akash. We don't mind it. It feels lived in and familiar to us. Kasturba Road is always buzzing with people, especially in the evenings when everyone heads home from work. We leave the door open for air, even with the traffic noise outside. We have seen the neighborhood change over time. New shops open up and others close down. We stay the same, mostly. There are a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out our documents. It is a very hands-on place. We do not do much online. We like it when people stop by to talk face to face. Sometimes we walk to the small stalls nearby for a snack or a cup of tea. It is a local way of working. No one here wears a suit unless it is for a formal meeting. We just want to get through the work and help whoever walks through the door. The files are stacked high and the tea is usually cooling on the desk. It is just a normal day for us in Borivali. We’ve been here long enough that the building feels like a second home.
