We have been here at the ground floor of Mumbai Bomby Market for quite a while now. Most people know Agnel Estate Consultancy just because they walk past us every day on their way to other shops. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls, just a regular place where we sit and talk to people about what they need. It saves everyone a bit of a headache. The phones ring pretty often and the tea guy comes by twice a day. We know the local neighborhoods well because we live and work right here. There are a lot of changes happening in the market lately, but we are still in the same corner. If you are looking for a place or want to move out of one, you can just stop by. There is no need for a big appointment or anything like that. We just look at the listings we have and see if anything matches. It is a bit messy with all the files sometimes, but we find what we are looking for eventually. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise but it keeps us cool.
