Our office is tucked away in Maharashtra Nagar, specifically at Gala No 19 on the ground floor of the Bui. It’s a bit of a specific spot in Andheri East, right near the Slaught area. People sometimes find it tricky to get here the first time, but once you know where Gala 19 is, it’s straightforward. Mohanns Estate Consultants has been operating from this little corner for quite some time now. We aren’t located in one of those shiny new glass towers you see popping up everywhere. Instead, we are down on the ground floor where things are a bit more real and accessible. It gets quite busy around here during the day with all the local movement and workers. Working out of Andheri East means we see all sorts of people from different walks of life. The space we have is simple and does what it needs to do without any fuss. We don't have a big reception desk or anything formal like that. Usually, one of us is just sitting here with a cup of tea ready to talk about whatever property issues are on your mind. We’ve grown to like the neighborhood, even with all its quirks and the constant bustle of the city. It’s a practical place to be if you want to stay connected to what’s actually happening on the ground level. We mostly focus on just being available when people need us. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just stay put and help out whoever walks in.
