We are based in Ghatkopar West at Estate Solutions, specifically at Office No 21. We’re right next to the Reliance Energy office, so it’s easy to explain to people where to find us. Being off LBS Marg means it can get a bit hectic with the traffic, but that’s just how this part of the city is. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit. It’s a small office but it does the job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for flats or shops in the area. Ghatkopar is a big place and there’s always someone moving in or out. We try to keep up with what’s going on on the different streets around here. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a room with some tables and a fan. We do our work, talk to our neighbors, and help people out with their property questions. It’s a regular day-to-day life for us. Sometimes we have to run out to look at a place on LBS Marg, but usually, we’re around. Being next to Reliance Energy is a big help because everyone knows where that is. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s just us here, working in the middle of a busy neighborhood and trying to keep things moving along for our clients. It is honest work and we stay busy with it.
