Our place is in Malad, specifically around the M Wani area. It’s a bit tucked away compared to the main roads but it’s where we do all our work. Dealing with estates and consultancy stuff means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and old records of the land around here. Malad has grown so much that it's hard to keep track sometimes, but being right here in the thick of it helps. The office is just a plain space with enough chairs for whoever stops by to talk. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just help people figure out what to do with their property. Sometimes it’s a long process with the local authorities, and we just sit through it like everyone else. The weather gets hot in the afternoons and the fan just moves the air around, but we stay busy. People come to us because we’ve been in Malad for a long time and know the names of the old families and the new developers too. There isn't any fancy talk here. We just tell people what the situation is with the plot or the building they are asking about. It’s a local business through and through. We eat our lunch at the desks and keep the files organized as well as we can. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us, focused on the streets we know best.
