Online Pharmachem Limited

Our shop is right on Lady Jamshedji Road, at Shop No. 1, which puts us right in the middle of the action between Lower Parel West and Mahim. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always someone popping in to ask a question or check if we have something in stock. Despite the name "Online Pharmachem," we spend a lot of our time right here in the physical shop, dealing with customers face-to-face. The area is always noisy with buses and bikes going past, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regular couriers and the other shopkeepers on the block. The space inside isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with how we store the pharma chemicals and supplies. We don't have a fancy website with bells and whistles; we mostly just use the computer to track orders and talk to suppliers. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we open the shutters, and we start processing the day's list. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the logs, especially when the traffic in Lower Parel makes the evening deliveries run behind. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We're just a local chemical and pharma supply point helping out whoever needs us in this part of town. It works for us.
