Our office for Omkar Courier Services is at number 2 Santacruz East. We are right on the Udhana Main Road. It’s very easy to find because we are near the Radha Krishna Mandir. You can often hear the bells ringing from the temple in the morning and evening, which is quite nice. The main road is always packed with cars and rickshaws, so it’s never really quiet here. Our shop is small, just a single room on the ground level. We have a big table where we weigh the packages and a couple of chairs that have seen better days. The walls have a few scuffs from boxes being moved around. We don’t have any fancy signs or neon lights, just a simple board outside with our name on it. We spend most of our time sorting through envelopes and making sure the addresses are correct. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, so we have to wipe down the desk a few times a day. Being on Udhana Main Road means we get a lot of people just dropping by because they saw us while stuck in traffic. We keep a fan going all day to deal with the heat. It’s a straightforward operation. We aren't trying to be anything big or corporate. We just show up, handle the mail, and go home when the work is done. It’s been our routine for a long time now.
