Om Sai Ganesh Decorators Caterers

Our shop is number 46 in the Panchseel Garden area of Kandivali West. It's right by the Poona Crockery Shop, which is a local landmark. Om Sai Ganesh Decorators Caterers is what we call ourselves. We do two main things: we make places look good for parties and we feed people. It’s a lot of coordination between the two sides. One day we are looking at fabrics for a tent, and the next we are talking about how much salt to put in the dal. The shop is usually full of samples and big cooking pots sitting around. It can get a bit messy when we have a big order coming up for a wedding. We don't have a big corporate office; we just work out of the shop every day. Kandivali is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of all that energy. We’ve been through many wedding seasons here. Some nights we don't sleep much because the food prep takes so long to get right. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day in the heat. But we know how to get it done. We don't use fancy terms for our food or our decor style. It's just good, honest service for our neighbors. People come back because they know we won't let them down when it matters. We’re just local folks trying to do a good job for the community here.
