You can find us on the ground floor of Crystal Tower, which is right on Gundivali Road Number 3. It’s a bit of a concrete maze around here sometimes, but we’ve made our spot comfortable enough. This office deals with a lot of files and people coming in and out about plastic exports. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where the work gets done. Most of the staff comes in early to beat the Mumbai traffic, and we usually stay until the sun is long gone. The ground floor location is handy because people don’t have to wait for the elevators, which can be a real pain in this building. We talk to people from all over who are trying to ship things out, and there’s always a bit of stress about deadlines and shipping rules. We try to keep things simple and help out where we can. There’s usually a stack of forms on every desk and someone complaining about the air conditioning being too cold or too warm. It’s just a regular office life in a busy part of the city. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just handle the paperwork and the logistics and try to make sense of the day. We have been here for years and the rhythm stays the same for everyone.
