Oberoi Multimedia Ltd

Our office is over at Shakti Kalyan Complex, specifically 603 in the A Wing. We are located on Yari Road in Andheri West. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Andheri can get. Oberoi Multimedia Ltd has its base here among the many other businesses in the complex. The view from the sixth floor isn't much, just other buildings and the busy street below. Inside, the office is usually a bit messy. We have editing suites and desks piled with hard drives and notes. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of bright screens, often staying late when a project needs to be finished. The elevators in the complex are sometimes slow, so we end up waiting around a lot. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they can. We deal with the usual Mumbai problems like the monsoon leaks and the constant noise from the road. It’s a tough city to work in, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We just focus on the multimedia tasks at hand and try to keep things simple. There’s no corporate jargon used here; we just talk like regular people. We’ve been in this wing for years and it feels like a second home now.
