You wouldn't really expect Novartis India Limited to be tucked away in a place like Jai Shree Krishna Society, but that is exactly where we are. We are over in Mulund East, specifically in the Mhada Colony at 28/D-2. It’s a very residential kind of feel around here. You see kids playing and neighbors talking while we are inside dealing with all the pharmaceutical details. It makes the workday feel a bit more grounded, I think. We aren't in one of those huge glass towers in the middle of a business park. Instead, we have this spot that feels more like a home than a sterile office. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear what's going on in the next room, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our hours tracking shipments and making sure the medicine side of things is running okay. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls to distributors. The commute to Mulund can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the highway, but once you get into the colony, things quiet down a little. We have a small kitchen area where we eat our tiffins and talk about the cricket scores. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have a fancy lobby or a security guard at a big desk. Just a doorbell and some people working hard to make sure everything stays on track.
