Our office for Novartis Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is located on the Goregaon Link Road in Goregaon West. It is one of those busy areas in Mumbai where everyone seems to be in a rush. The building is just a standard office block, and we are one of many companies working inside. Most of us here spend our time in front of computers or on the phone, dealing with the daily operations that keep things moving. It is not a very glamorous life, just a lot of meetings and spreadsheets. The Link Road can be a nightmare with traffic, so most of us arrive a bit tired from the commute. We have a small pantry where we all gather for tea and a bit of a chat when things get too stressful. It is a corporate environment, but we try to keep things friendly among ourselves. We don't have any grand speeches about what we do. It’s just a place where we come to work and earn a living. The office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We stay late quite often to finish up reports or answer emails from people in different time zones. It's just a regular part of life in Goregaon West. We do our jobs, go home, and come back the next day to do it all over again.
