We are not a big chain or anything, it is just this one place where we do our business. The lane is mostly residential, so we end up seeing the same neighbors every single day. It feels more like a small community shop than some big corporate business. The room itself is not very large, but we have organized it to fit everything we need for the day. Sometimes it feels a bit tight when more than two people walk in at once. We do not have a marketing person or a fancy team. It is just us.
