Nova Exhibition & Conferences

Our office is over in Andheri East, specifically in the Everest Grand building on Mahakali Caves Road. Being in 505/B means we have a decent view, though mostly we are looking at our screens or maps for the next event. Running exhibitions and conferences keeps us on our toes. There is always a lot of logistics involved. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and venues. It’s not just about showing up on the day. There is months of prep work that nobody sees. Most of our days are spent coordinating things that might go wrong. Sometimes they do, and then we have to fix them quickly. The Mahakali Caves Road area is always busy, so getting to work can be a bit of a chore with the traffic. We don’t really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing here unless we absolutely have to. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable because we’re moving around a lot. It’s a practical job. You need to be organized. We’ve been doing this for a bit and have seen how much work goes into a single three-day event. It’s a lot of physical labor too, not just office work. We get tired, we drink a lot of tea, and we try to make sure everything stays on schedule. Andheri East is a hub for this kind of thing, so it makes sense for us to be here at Nova Exhibition & Conferences.
