Nisha Dlima

I’ve been working out of this flat in Malad West for a while now. It’s on the third floor, number 301, and you can usually find me here most days of the week. The building is right near the Axis Bank ATM, which makes it easy to explain to people when they are trying to find the place for the first time. It isn't a fancy office with big glass doors or anything like that. It is just a regular spot where I get my work done and handle whatever comes my way. Sometimes the lift acts up, so walking up to the third floor is just part of the routine. The area around here is always busy, especially with people stopping at the bank or heading toward the station. I’ve lived in this part of town long enough to know the shortcuts and the quiet times, though there aren't many quiet times in Malad. Usually, I’m just sitting at the desk, sorting through things and answering calls. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too complicated or professional-looking, just a space that works for what I do. I like being tucked away on the third floor because it stays a bit away from the street noise, even if the traffic outside never really stops. People often ask why I haven't moved to a bigger commercial space, but this feels right for now. It is practical and keeps things easy to manage without too much fuss or extra cost.
