We are tucked away in Room No 7 of the Himchaya Building, which is part of the Calibre Plaza in Parel. It's a busy part of town, so there's always something going on outside our door. We do catering and decorating for different things around here. Most of our days are spent checking lists and making sure we have enough supplies for the next job. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Moving tables, sorting out fabrics, and making sure the kitchen side of things is ready to go. The space in Room No 7 is a bit tight with all the equipment we keep there, but we make it work. It's not the kind of place where you'll find a fancy lobby or anything like that. We are usually out on-site more than we are in the office. If you come by, you might see us loading up the van or just sitting around for a quick break before the next delivery. Parel is a good spot for us because we can get to most places fairly quickly from here. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Some days are long, especially when there are multiple events, but that's just how the business is. We don't really do much advertising; people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing us at work. It’s simple, really. We just do the job and go home. Our pots and pans take up a lot of room, and sometimes the smell of spices lingers in the hallway, but nobody seems to mind too much.
