Nimesh Pharma

Our shop, Nimesh Pharma, is located at Shop Number 1 in the Jayshree Apartments. This is over in Malad West, right on Road Number 1 near the Liberty Garden area. It’s actually quite a nice spot because the garden is just a short walk away, though we spend most of our time inside the shop. The building is called Sweet Home, which is a bit of a funny name for an apartment block, but it’s what everyone knows it by. Being on Liberty Garden Road means there is a lot of foot traffic and cars passing by all the time. Our shop is small, and we have to be really smart about how we stack everything on the shelves. It can get a bit cramped when there are more than two or three people inside. We see a lot of people from the nearby flats and some folks who are just passing through Malad. We’ve got our own way of doing things here, which usually involves a lot of manual logging and checking. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a regular local pharmacy. We know the regulars and what they usually need. Sometimes we are out of something and have to tell people to come back the next day once the delivery arrives. It is just how it goes. We like being in Malad West; it feels like a real community where people actually talk to each other.
