Newreka Chemicals

Our office is up on the 22nd floor of 2202, Satyam Towers, which is part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivali (E),. It is a long way up, so we spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevators every day. Newreka Chemicals has been in this building for a while now. From the window, you can see a lot of the city, though most days we are too busy with paperwork to look out. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people talking about batch numbers or delivery dates. Thakur Complex is always crowded, especially during the lunch hour when everyone comes out of the towers to find something to eat. It’s a fast-paced kind of place, but inside our office, we try to keep things organized. We handle various chemical products, mostly just acting as the middle person to get things from the factory to the people who use them. It isn’t glamorous work. There are files everywhere and the air conditioning sometimes makes a weird rattling noise that we’ve just gotten used to. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain is heavy. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the orders we have for the day and try to make sure everything is labeled correctly. That is basically what Newreka is all about.
