Central Drug House

We are over here in Borivali West, right across from Sony Mony on S.V. Road. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with the traffic and people walking by all day. Our place is in Krishna Nagari, specifically A-201. It is a simple setup really. Most days it is just about managing the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. We spend a lot of time looking at labels and boxes. People come in from the neighborhood, some just passing through from the station side. The shop has a certain smell of medicine that you get used to after a while. It isn't fancy, just a lot of drawers and counters. We open up early and stay until the lights on S.V. Road are the only things still glowing. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside when a few people arrive at once, and we just try to get through the orders one by one. There is always some paperwork to do or a delivery bike pulling up outside near the entrance. It is just the way things go here in this part of Bombay. We have been in this spot for a bit, so the locals recognize us. It’s mostly about the routine of checking stocks and talking to the folks who live in the buildings around here. We don't have much time for anything else but keeping the place running smoothly.
