United Chemicals Corporation

United Chemicals Corporation is situated in Masjid Bunder West at 279 Shreeji Bhavan. We operate out of the C/O M R Ent space. If you know this area, you know how tight the lanes are and how much work it is to get anything delivered. We deal with various chemical products and spend our days surrounded by ledger books and sample bottles. The office is a busy place, especially since we share some space with the M R Ent folks. It’s a very old-school environment where everything is done with a lot of personal interaction. We don't have fancy furniture; our desks are solid wood and have been here for years. The ceiling fans hum all day long to keep the heat away. We are close to the railway station, so the sound of trains is a constant background noise. Most of our customers are other traders from around the city who have been buying from us for a long time. We have a small storage area for the immediate items, but most of the heavy stuff stays in the bigger godowns. It is a lot of hard work, especially during the summer months when the air feels thick. We just keep doing what we do, making sure the orders are right and the paperwork is handled properly. It is a bit dusty and cramped, but this is how we have always worked.
