Chemical Concepts & Technology Resources

We are located at Office No. A/701 in the Samir building, which is part of the Sushil Samir C.H.S. Ltd. It’s in Ashok Nagar, over in Kandivali East. Having such a long name for the company and the building makes for a very long address when we have to write it out on envelopes. Kandivali East is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there are always people walking around Ashok Nagar. Our office is up on the seventh floor, so we get a decent view of the rooftops in the neighborhood. Inside, Chemical Concepts & Technology Resources is mostly just a collection of computers, some specialized software, and a lot of reference books on chemicals and tech. It’s not a big corporate headquarters; it’s more like a workspace where a few of us sit and figure things out. The building itself is a housing society that has some office spaces, so it feels a bit like being at home. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers downstairs where we buy our snacks. Sometimes the rains make the commute to Kandivali a bit of a mess, but we show up and get to work anyway. We don’t have any marketing brochures or polished presentations to show off. We just handle the technology and chemical resources side of things as they come in. It’s a quiet, steady kind of place to spend the day.
