Newbridge Events

Newbridge Events is located over in Santacruz East. We are in Geeta Apartments, specifically unit A/9, which is near the old Opera House area at 176 CST Road. It’s an older building, but it has a lot of character. We use the apartment as our main base for planning out events. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have all our gear in here, but we manage. CST Road is always humming with cars and people. We’ve been working out of this spot for several years now. It’s not a corporate glass tower, just a regular place where real work happens. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure we haven't forgotten anything. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down during the day. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because it's the biggest surface we have. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the events we work on go okay. It’s a lot of manual labor sometimes, moving boxes and setting up stages. We're just a small group of people who enjoy being part of the local community. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go from the building, but we’ve stayed put. The rain can be a bit of a problem with the old windows, but we just put down towels.
