Nething For Chocolate

We’re up on the third level of the R City food court in Ghatkopar West. It’s a pretty big mall, so it took us a bit to get everything settled in. We do everything related to chocolate here. Our spot is right by the food court area. It’s usually very busy, especially with all the families and kids running around on the weekends. We aren't part of any big corporate chain, just a small shop trying to make something people enjoy. We spend most of our time tempering chocolate and getting the displays ready for the day. The mall environment is very fast-paced, but we try to keep our little corner feeling a bit more relaxed than the rest of the place. We have our regulars who come in after their meals at the food court just for a small bite. We don't have a big fancy staff, just a few of us who really like working with chocolate. The address can be a bit confusing if you’re looking for the Patthar Gate or Upla Faliya parts mentioned in the records, but most people just find us by walking around the third floor. We do a lot of the work right there where people can see us. It gets a bit messy sometimes with the cocoa and sugar, but that’s just part of the process. We don’t use any big slogans or anything. We just put the chocolate out and let people decide for themselves. It’s a lot of hours, especially when the mall stays open late. But we like being here.
