Neon Antibiotics Pvt. Ltd. is located inside the Damji Shamji Industrial Complex at unit number 28. We are part of the Mahal Industrial Estate on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. It’s a huge complex with hundreds of different businesses, but we’ve been in this specific spot for quite some time. The focus here is on antibiotics and pharmaceutical products. The unit is set up for storage and basic administrative tasks. It isn't a place with marble floors or expensive art. It’s an industrial unit where we focus on getting the products out the door. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the temperature in the storage area is just right. The traffic on Mahakali Caves Road can be a nightmare, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do without being told. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to make sure the boxes are labeled right and sent to the correct hospitals. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the news. It’s a steady environment where we just get on with the business of pharma distribution and logistics without making any sort of big fuss.
