We operate Nellerism Foods Private Limited out of Flat No. C/301 in the Paradise Infra Con building. It’s located in Sector-20 of Ulwe, which is a part of Navi Mumbai that’s been growing quite a bit lately. Ulwe has a different vibe than the main city, a bit more open but still busy with construction. Our place on Plot No. 178/180 is where we handle all the food-related side of things. It’s basically a flat converted into our workspace, so it feels very personal. You’ll often find us looking over recipes or managing orders on the computer. Since we are in Raigarh district, we get a mix of local folks and people from further out. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. We don’t have a massive warehouse or a fleet of trucks, just our small setup here. We spend our time making sure the food quality is decent and that our paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of late nights sometimes when things get busy. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We are just a small group of people trying to make a mark in the food industry from our Navi Mumbai office. There’s always something to fix or a new order to pack. It keeps us on our feet every single day as we try to keep things moving.
