Neelam Motion Pictures is at B/17 in Geeta Bhavan. We are located in the Kalina section of Santacruz East. The building sits on Rajaramohan Roy Road. If you are looking for us, the Nityanand Hotel is a very close landmark that most people recognize. Geeta Bhavan is a solid, older building with a lot of families and small businesses living side by side. Our space at B/17 is where we handle all our production details and meetings. It’s not a big fancy studio with bright lights; it’s more like a home office where we have our computers and files set up. Kalina is a very busy area, especially with the airport nearby, so there is always the sound of planes overhead or traffic on the main road. The room has a few chairs and a large table where we spread out our plans. We spend a lot of time here drinking tea and talking about upcoming projects. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan on full blast. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and some notes taped up. We like being in Santacruz East because it feels central. People can find us easily enough once they get to the hotel. We don't have a big sign outside, just the number on the door. It’s a simple, honest place to work and stay busy with our daily tasks.
