Neechem Pharmaceutical Equipment

Our spot is over at Wollen Compound on 2nd Lake Road. It’s an industrial sort of spot, which makes sense for the kind of equipment we handle. Dealing with pharmaceutical machinery means we have a lot of heavy stuff moving in and out. The floors are concrete and there’s usually a bit of dust, despite us trying to keep it tidy. Neechem isn't really a place for visitors to come and hang out, it's more of a working warehouse and workshop. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by noon. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or fixing parts that came in for repair. The building itself has been around for a bit, so it has that old warehouse feel to it. It’s not climate-controlled in the way a mall is, so it gets warm in the summer months. We just open the big doors and keep moving. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy brochures. We just know our machines and how to keep them running for the people who buy them. It’s practical work. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and things take a bit longer, but we get it done eventually. 2nd Lake Road is usually busy with trucks, so getting in and out can be a bit of a hassle in the mornings. But we’ve been here long enough that it’s just part of the routine. It's just us, the tools, and the equipment. We keep it simple.
