Our office is located in Basement 3 of Building No. Apj-130 on Bombay Samachar Marg. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it is always packed with people and cars. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot months, though it can get a little cramped when we have a lot of files piling up. Nav Bharat Minerals & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a while now, dealing with the local trade. We don't have a big glass storefront or anything like that. It is a simple place with a few desks and computers where we manage the mineral and chemical side of things. Most of our work happens over the phone or through emails, coordinating with suppliers and buyers. It is a bit of a maze getting down here if you aren't used to the building, but we’ve made it our home. We don't go for anything flashy. We just make sure the orders are processed and the logistics are handled. The area outside is full of history and old buildings, which makes for an interesting walk to lunch. We are just regular people trying to run a business in a busy city. Some days the internet acts up or the courier is late, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
