We are located in Dahisar West, inside the Narnarayan Building which is part of Vimal Villa in the Raj Sagar Complex. It is a bit of a mix of homes and businesses around here. Our office is at number 3, and it’s usually packed with boxes and paperwork. We aren't a big pharmaceutical company with a fancy lab; we are a local distributor handling drugs and chemicals for pharmacies and clinics. It’s a lot of inventory management. We spend most of our time on the phone taking orders or checking the expiry dates on our stock. The building is older, and sometimes the lift is out of order, which makes moving heavy boxes a bit of a challenge. We have been here for a long time and know the neighborhood well. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks surrounded by stacks of files. It’s a practical business that requires a lot of attention to detail so that the right medicine gets to the right place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping our regular customers happy. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years in this same spot in Dahisar.
