We are located in Shop No. Lobby 7 of the Hotel Hilton Tower at Nariman Point. It’s a bit of a fancy address, being in a hotel and all, but Royal Medico Pvt. Ltd. is a pretty down-to-earth operation. We spend our time in this small shop space dealing with medical supplies and various health products. Nariman Point is always busy with suits and tourists, so there’s a lot of movement outside our door. Inside, though, it’s just us doing the same things every day. We check the stock, talk to our regulars, and handle the paperwork that comes with being in the medical trade. Since we’re in the lobby, we see a lot of different faces, but we still have our local clients who have been coming to us for years. It’s not a huge place, so every inch of shelf space is used for something. Sometimes it feels a bit tight, especially when a big delivery arrives and we have to shuffle boxes around. We don't really go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just show up, open the shop, and do our work. It’s a steady kind of job, and we like being in this part of town even if the parking is a nightmare. Most days are just about being helpful to whoever walks in and making sure we have what they need in the back room before they leave.
