We operate out of Maruthi Nagar in Goregaon West. It's a small place but we handle a lot of parcels and documents every day. Most of the work involves sorting through packets and making sure they get to where they need to go on time. The neighborhood here is busy and we have lots of regulars who stop by to drop off their mail. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the boxes stacked up, but we know where everything is. We have a few delivery boys who are out on their bikes most of the day navigating the Goregaon traffic. It isn't always easy when it rains or when the roads are blocked, but they manage to find the shortcuts. We started this because we saw people in Maruthi Nagar needed a reliable spot to send their stuff. It’s a straightforward business. We take the package, give you a receipt, and send it off. There’s no big corporate office here, just us and the counter. We’ve been around for a while now so we know most of the streets and buildings in this area quite well. If you live around here, you’ve probably seen our sign. We just keep things moving and try to make sure nothing gets lost in the pile. It's hard work but it keeps the neighborhood connected. We don't have fancy tracking apps, just a logbook and some good memory. It’s a simple service for simple needs. We just do our bit for the locals.
