Our gala is located in Asalpha, right on J M M Road. If you know the Jangleshwar Mahadev Mandir, we are just a short walk from there. This part of Ghatkopar West is always full of activity, with trucks coming and going and people moving through the lanes. We've been operating out of Gala No 1 for a long time, and the walls show the age of the building. The office part is small, mostly filled with old files and a couple of desks that have seen better days. Most of the work happens on the floor where we handle the daily logistics and paperwork for the company. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always humming at full speed. We know most of the neighbors, and we usually share a cup of tea with the guys from the next unit around four o'clock. The road outside is narrow, so deliveries can be a bit of a headache if the timing isn't right. We just manage it as it comes. There isn't much to say about the decor because it's purely a place of work. We come in early, handle the orders, and make sure the accounts are sorted before the sun goes down. It’s a steady routine that hasn't changed much in decades. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks for the day.
