Down in Sharad Industrial Estate, you will find N. G. Pharmaceutical Private Limited. We have been operating out of this unit for some time now. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always got that sound of machines and trucks moving around. Our place is pretty standard for a pharma setup. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is clean and where it should be. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The team is small but they know their business. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. Mostly, we just talk about the production schedules and what needs to go out next. The heat in the estate can be a bit much in the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. People usually come to us because they need specific things made or packed. We don’t make a big fuss about things. It’s a practical environment. If you walk into our office, you’ll see stacks of logs and folders. We keep track of everything manually mostly. It’s a bit old school but it works for us. We’ve stayed in Sharad Industrial Estate because it’s a good hub for transportation. Getting supplies in and out is fairly easy from here. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families.
