My Medicine Box

We are situated in shops 107 and 108 over at Linkway Estate. It’s on the New Link Road, quite close to Chincholi Bunder in Malad West. Having two units side by side gives us a bit more room, which we definitely need for all the inventory we keep. The Linkway Estate is a busy place, and there are always people coming and going. We spend a lot of our time making sure everything is in the right place on the shelves so we can find things quickly. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don’t have much in the way of lounge areas or fancy seating; it’s mostly just shelves and counters. The traffic on New Link Road is almost always heavy, so there’s a constant hum of cars and bikes outside. Malad West has changed a lot since we first set up here, with more buildings and more people every year. We try to keep a steady pace and make sure we’re ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when multiple people arrive at once, but we just handle it as it comes. It’s a straightforward life running a shop in this part of town. We’re not trying to be anything other than a local shop where people can get what they need without a fuss. We stay busy with the stock and the customers and that is pretty much it.
