Lower Parel is always a busy spot, and the compound itself has changed a lot over the years with new offices and places popping up. Our space is pretty straightforward. We spend our time working on things related to boats and shows, as the name suggests. It’s a lot of organizing and talking to people. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to wait for the lift. The area used to be all mills, but now it’s full of different businesses. We’ve got a routine here that works for us.
