Vinay Pharma

We are based in B-153 within the Shanti Industrial Estate on SN Road in Mulund West. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of workshops and small manufacturing units. There is always a lot of noise, metal clanking, engines running, and people calling out to each other across the loading bays. Our unit for Vinay Pharma is a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it is a solid place to work. We have a lot of storage space here, which is necessary for the kind of inventory we handle. The walls are painted a plain off-white and we have heavy metal doors that we lock up every evening. It is not the most glamorous environment, but it is practical and serves its purpose. We spend our days checking stock, printing out labels, and talking to transporters who come to pick up goods. Mulund has grown a lot, but this industrial patch still feels like the heart of the local trade. We have a small table in the corner where we sit for lunch and have our tea. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things without needing a lot of rules or formal meetings. It is just about getting the work out the door on time and keeping everything running smoothly in our little corner of the estate.
