Mudra Event Networks

Our spot is in Jain Market, C 1, over in Santacruz West. Being in a market means there’s always something going on outside the door. You hear the vendors shouting and the rickshaws honking all day long. We deal with events and the networks that make them happen. It’s a small shop-style office. We’ve got shelves stacked high with folders and old equipment that we might need one day. It’s a bit cramped when more than two people are inside. We usually meet clients at a nearby cafe because it's easier to sit down there. Here, it’s mostly for the paperwork and the phone calls. We’ve been in Santacruz for years. We know most of the other shopkeepers in the market. If we need a favor, like someone to watch the door while we grab a bite, they’re happy to help. The floor is a bit uneven and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it’s our space. We don't bother with a lot of decorations. Just a calendar and some notes taped to the wall. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don’t try to be something we’re not. If someone needs an event sorted, they find their way to C 1 eventually. We just keep the ledger updated and wait for the next job to come in. It is noisy and busy, but that's what keeps us going every day.
