Mr Sairam Iyer

This is the place of Mr Sairam Iyer. The address is Building Number 22, specifically Flat Number 701. We are located in the 3rd section of Andheri West in Datta Nagar. If you are trying to find the building, it helps to know that the Versova Police Station is just nearby. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops and the busy streets below. It is a residential building, so it feels very much like a home. There is a lift that works most of the time, though sometimes you have to wait a bit if the neighbors are moving groceries or furniture. Inside the flat, it is mostly quiet except for the hum of the ceiling fans and the distant sound of sirens or horns from the main road. Datta Nagar is a lived-in area with lots of families and small shops at the base of the buildings. We have our files and desk set up in one of the rooms. It isn’t a corporate office with a reception desk or anything like that. It is just a functional space where we handle our daily business. People usually call before coming over since it is a private residence. The morning sunlight comes through the windows quite strongly, so we usually keep the curtains half-drawn until the afternoon. It’s a very normal Mumbai apartment.
