Mr Nilesh Walan

Mr Nilesh Walan runs things from Room No 7 at Rathod Niwas. The address is a bit of a mouthful, located on Pratap Road near Jawaha in Santacruz East, but also mentioning Dandia Bazar in Vadodara, opposite the Shah Wholesale Mart. It is a small place, more of a personal office than anything else. I spend most of my time here handling various bits of business and meeting people who stop by. Rathod Niwas is an old building, and Room 7 is tucked away in a corner that stays relatively quiet despite the wholesale mart across the street being so busy. My desk is usually covered in notes and old receipts that I need to organize. I started working out of this room because it was convenient and allowed me to stay close to the local market activity. It’s not a polished corporate suite; there are some cracks in the walls and the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but it serves its purpose perfectly. I do a lot of my own filing and phone calls. People in the area know me and usually just drop in if they need something. There isn't a big staff here, just me and occasionally a helper if things get too piled up. It is a very simple way of working, focusing on one thing at a time and making sure the people who come to see me are taken care of properly.
