Mondelice Foods

We operate Mondelice Foods out of Malad East, specifically at number 3. It is a quiet area compared to some of the other parts of the city, which is good for the kind of work we do. We aren't a restaurant where you can come and sit down; it is more of a production space where we handle all our food items. Most of our day is spent weighing things out, packing them into boxes, and getting them ready for the vans. We have a small crew of about five people, and we have all worked together for a long time now. We don't use any corporate language or have long meetings. We just get in, check what needs to be done for the day, and start working. The space is a bit small, especially when we have a big shipment arriving, so we have to be very organized with how we stack things. We don't spend any money on fancy labels or advertising because we believe the quality of what we do is more important. Most of our business comes from people who have been buying from us for years. We like the Malad East area because it feels like a real neighborhood where people look out for each other. Sometimes we stay a bit later to finish an order, but we don't mind the extra work. It is just how things go when you run a small local business like ours.
