Modi Group

We are set up in Thane West, specifically at Charms Residency, which is right opposite Swastik Park. Our address is A-2/204, so we are part of a residential complex that also hosts some businesses. It’s located in the Bramhand area, just off the main G.B. Road. If you’ve ever been on G.B. Road, you know it’s always packed with trucks and cars, so our little corner feels slightly tucked away from that main noise. The Modi Group operates from here, and it’s a fairly modest office. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy reception. It’s mostly just desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. Working out of a place like Charms Residency gives the day a bit of a different feel compared to a cold office building. You see neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing while we are trying to get our work finished. We handle various business interests, and it keeps us pretty occupied from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but that’s just part of living and working in Thane. We’ve been here for a good while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a simple, honest place to work without any extra fluff or corporate pretense.
