A good way to find us is to look for the Patel Petrol Pump, as we are directly opposite to it. We spend most of our working hours looking at different flight schedules and trying to figure out how to get train tickets that aren't stuck on a long waitlist. It’s a small office, and usually, someone is at the desk answering the phone or printing out travel itineraries for someone. We have lived and worked in Goregaon for quite a bit of time now. The traffic on S V Road can be a total nightmare most days, but we’re pretty used to it by now. We help people plan their trips, mostly focusing on the basic stuff like making bookings and finding hotel stays that fit. We don't make any crazy promises, we just try to find the most sensible route for wherever you're going. It gets a bit stressful when a flight gets canceled or someone’s visa takes longer than it should, but we do our best to stay on top of all the paperwork. A lot of our regular customers have been coming to see us for years. They just drop in, have a quick chat, and tell us where they want to go next. It feels more real than doing everything online.
