Modern Central Kitchen

We run our kitchen from 156 Rukmini Gopal Bhavan on Jerbai Wadia Road in Parel. Parel is a place that never really stops, and our kitchen is much the same. We start our work very early in the morning when most of the city is still asleep. Rukmini Gopal Bhavan is an old building with a lot of history, and we have our setup on the ground floor. It is a functional space, not a fancy one. We have big stainless steel tables, heavy pots, and industrial stoves. There is always the sound of water running or the clatter of dishes. We don't have a front desk or anyone to greet you in a suit. We are usually busy with the cooking. Jerbai Wadia Road is always packed with traffic and people, so it can get a bit hectic outside. We just stay focused on what is happening inside the kitchen. We are a small team and we have worked together for a long time. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy brochures. We just make the food and get it out the door. It is a lot of hard work and we are often tired at the end of the day. But we like what we do. We are just a local kitchen in Parel trying to keep things moving. That is our story, plain and simple, without any extra words.
