Mocking Bird Entertainment

We started Mocking Bird Entertainment here in Kandivili East a good while ago. It’s just a small team of us working out of our office, trying to keep things organized. People usually get in touch when they have some kind of function or a party that needs a bit of planning. It gets really busy around here, especially when it’s wedding season or a local festival is coming up. We don't really do much in the way of big advertisements or anything like that. Most folks just find us because they live nearby or they heard about us from a neighbor who used us before. We handle all those small details that most people find annoying to deal with themselves. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, schedules, and half-empty coffee mugs laying around. But we’ve lived in this part of Mumbai for a long time, so we know the local vendors and where to get things. We just try to get everything done on time without making a big scene or a fuss about it. If someone needs a sound system or help setting up a small stage, we just figure out a way to make it happen. It’s not always the fanciest setup, but it’s honest work and it gets the job done for the people who hire us. We’ve seen Kandivili East change so much over the years, but we’re still here doing our thing day after day.
