Mindshare (Group M)

Mindshare (Group M) is located in the Corner Chember building on the 3rd Floor. We are in Mumbai, with the pincode 400016. This is where we handle a lot of media and advertising work, though we don't usually use those big labels when we’re just talking among ourselves. The 3rd floor is a decent spot, though the elevator can be slow during the morning rush. We spend a lot of time looking at data and planning out where things should go. It is not all creative brainstorming like you see on TV; there is a lot of spreadsheets and boring stuff too. The office at Corner Chember is where we all gather to try and make sense of the projects we have on our plates. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. Instead, we have a few old calendars and some stacks of papers that probably should have been filed away weeks ago. Mumbai is a fast city, and you can feel that energy even inside the office. We just try to keep up and do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s a practical environment. We have our good days and our bad days, just like any other workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy words. We just want to get the work done right and then head home to our families at the end of the day.
